Who We Are.
Broadway Area Community Development Corporation (BACDC) is the most respected community housing development organization in Gary, Indiana. BACDC developed new housing units to stimulate growth and neighborhood stabilization. BACDC specializes in providing affordable new construction development and social services training programs for low-to-moderate income individuals and families. Our construction team has the capacity to perform many aspects of construction work scope allowing us to engage in multiple projects and complete deadlines on time and with excellent results.
